AMA Precast Plant

Diggers
The diggers owner got the decals applied on Friday and we thought it made such a difference we would repost it for everyone to see. Again this digger received a 2.5 grade blast and a polyurethane coat.
Wilbys Transport
Steve Wilbys Transport needed to give there 12 tonner a facelift. Clark red 2 pack polyurethane.Matte black 2 polyurethane.Like new again. The only thing left to ask is does red make it faster?
Tanks
Challenge pumps put us to work on sandblasting and coating their Weartuff underground tanks.These tanks are designed to withstand the harsh underground mining environment. These in particular are subject to high alkali water.To combat this environment they were grade 3 blasted clean and coated to 350 microns with a transpoxy masterbond coating which is perfect for resisting high acidity and tough on wear.
Trailer
A big trailer. Blasted, sealed and coated in a white polyurethane. Come together nicely.
Truck and Trailer
Look after your tipper and dog trailer. ISV has seen a fair few tippers and dog trailers come through over the last 2 months. Alix excavations brought in his truck and trailer in for refurbish.Requested was a silver metallic and gloss black for the side panels. For the best wearability we used a high build zinc primer and industrial polyurethane. Good result

All eyes of this stunning new fence and custom light box that we've just wrapped up. ISV pulled out all the stops, using a cutting-edge zinc, epoxy, and polyurethane system for a flawless finish that's built to last. Hats off to KSM Engineering for entrusting us with this project. Our team poured their heart and soul into making this vision a reality.
Marvel Slabs
We recently tackled two trailers for Marvel Slabs. The green and white trailer is an extender tipper, designed for heavy-duty tasks, while the black and white work of art is a dog trailer tipper, engineered for durability and efficiency.
Shelter Frame
The ISV team recently completed the fabrication of grey bases and a shelter frame, all loaded and ready for our clients, All Duct and Control Tech.
Calorex's valves
The ISV Team has upgraded Calorex’s valves with a robust blue epoxy paint system. It’s more than just a new layer—it’s a precision-engineered solution for superior durability and aesthetics.
Cabinets
